Rescheduling of a Brow Sculpt, Lash Lift, Brow Lamination and / or Lash Extensions treatment must be made

DEPOSITS
To secure your booking, we charge NON-REFUNDABLE deposits both online and in-house. Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment balance in salon.

SALON CAPACITY
We ask that you
please attend your appointment alone and
refrain from bringing others, including children. This helps limit the number of people on the premises and ensures a safe environment for all clients and staff.
For occupational health and safety reasons, only the client is allowed in the procedure room, this includes children, babies and infants. We do not allow children to enter the treatment rooms or be left alone in the waiting area. If you wish to bring children to your appointment you must bring a carer to look after your child/children in our waiting area.
RESERVATIONS
In order to secure your preferred treatment date and time, we ask you to
please book your appointment in advance. In instances we cannot facilitate your preferred time, our team would love to add you to our waitlist upon request.
We maintain the right to refuse anyone for any reason that we see fit.
